Using features
Rated voltage
The rated voltage is 0.3/0.5kV. The maximum voltage of the AC system should not exceed 0.6kV.
Operating temperature
The maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor is 60°C.
Ambient temperature
The minimum ambient temperature for cable operation is -10ºC.
Laying temperature
When installing and laying, the temperature should not be lower than-10ºC.
Bending radius
Recommended minimum bending: cable bending radius does not exceed 10D

Core of cable
Color identification of 2-core cables:No preference for chromatography;3-core cable: green/yellow, light blue, brown or light blue, black, brown;4-core cable: green/yellow, light blue, black, brown or light blue, black, brown, black or brown;5-core cable: green/yellow, light blue, black, brown, black or brown, or light blue, black, brown, black or brown, black or brown.
Sheath
The outer sheath of the cable is usually black,but colors other than black may also be used in accordance with manufacturer or buyer agreementto suit the environment in which they are used.Cables should have continuous identification of the manufacturer’s name, product model and rated voltage. The manufacturer’s name identification can be a repeated identification of the manufacturer or trademark;The distance between the end of one complete mark and the beginning of the next mark: should not exceed 550mm on the cable outer sheath;The cable insulation or tape should not exceed 275mm;The printed logo should be scratch-resistant and not easy to fall off, and the printed content on the surface should be clearly legible.Notice:the logo on the surface of the sheath can also add other logo contents according to the habits of the user or manufacturer.
Delivery and Tolerance
Delivery Length
The length of a reel of cable is 100m,the length of each roll is 100m, and the length of each cable drum should be greater than 100m. Alternatively, cable laying of any length may be allowed upon mutual agreement.
